Project: Implementation and Maintenance of the Oakland County Suicide Prevention Plan

The plan’s goals and objectives were completed and accepted by OCSPC members at the 07/25/07 OCSPC general meeting (special thanks to Jacque Castine for her time in editing/wordsmithing). Completed Version 1.0 of the Oakland County Suicide Prevention Plan was completed on 10/24/07.
The Oakland County Suicide Prevention Plan was presented to the HSCC on 11/16/07 and subsequently endorsed.
Next Steps: · OCSPC will identify portions of the plan that it will target in FY09 (10/01/08 thru 09/30/09) · OCSPC will continually review active projects at each OCSPC meeting. · OCSPC will review the plan annually (at minimum) at the August meeting. Results of projects will be discussed and priorities for the following FY will be identified. Recommendations will be reviewed at the following meeting to determine priorities for the next FY from all OCSPC members. |
